Job Description:SUMMARY A marketing professional with key role in Business and Marketing Strategy, Marketing Communications, Technology, and Brand Management. Marketing Manager/Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectives. Responsible to evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed. Responsible to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute marketing strategies to position company products in the enterprise and mid-market space to effectively reach customers and communicate the value proposition of the services and solutions. Managing profitable relationship with clients. Lead generation and lead management for national and international markets. Work and collaborate with sales team to build and review marketing plans and align marketing objectives to achieve organizational goals. Coordinating with sales team to strategize marketing planning and ATL/BTL support. Develop and execute marketing platforms like events and online campaigns to reach out to C-Level executives for strategic accounts in specific industry segments. Plan and execute up-sell and cross-sell programs to drive additional revenue. Conduct sales team meetings to formulate new strategies for business development and repeat sales - Creating perfect alignment with Business Development and Sales Plans. Develop and implement events, programs, promotions, strategies & amp amp sales tools from concept to completion. - Event management, organization and participation, Sponsorship Management. Developing Annual Marketing Communication Plan and Execution. Internal communication w.r.t the strategic path and brand image. Develop Brand Marketing Strategies positioning and architecture to enhance brand value. Creating Brand awareness in national and international markets. Enhancing corporate preference in Local and Offshore Markets, Market Research - Need based vertical & amp amp circle research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products. Competitive landscape monitoring and tracking. Social Media campaigns and planning. Social Media Marketing to ensure a strong following for company' s products and services and generate leads from various social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, etc Plan PR related strategies. Content writing and creation. Skill and Expertise Masters degree from an accredited college or university or an equivalent combination of education and technology experience Solid verbal and written communication skills especially in English, organizational skills, and attention to detail Team player which advocates a team concept Open minded, desire to learn, quick thinker, creative problem solver QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS MBA from a renowned university/college. Salary: INR 4,25,000 - 4,50,000 P.A.
